Selected the wrong locker size?

If your TakeBag does not fit into the locker size you selected, you do not need to cancel your booking or create a new one.

You can change the locker size directly from your existing Pick! Locker booking before completing your drop-off.

How to change your Pick! Locker size.

Open your booking

Open the Pick! Locker booking page or app and locate your active TakeBag drop-off booking.

Select your booking

Tap the booking you intend to use so you can view the current locker details.

Choose “Change Locker Size”

Select the option to change your locker size from the booking details screen.

Confirm the new size

Choose the available locker size that fits your TakeBag and confirm the update.
