How it works

Upsize your locker in four quick steps

If your TakeBag does not fit the locker you reserved, do not force it in. You can switch to a larger available locker directly at the machine.

Close the door with nothing inside

Don’t put your TakeBag in yet. Shut the empty locker. The machine senses it’s empty, and that’s what brings up the option to upsize.

Tap “Upsize Locker”

The screen shows No Parcel Detected with a list of options. Choose Upsize Locker to move up to a bigger size.

Pick a larger size

Choose any locker larger than the one you reserved. You can only move up in size, not down.

Drop it in and close the door

The new locker pops open. Place your TakeBag inside, shut the door, and you’re done. Your e-waste is on its way to be recycled securely by KGS.

A few things before you go

Does upsizing cost more?

No. Moving up to a larger locker is free, and so is the TakeBag drop-off itself.

Can I go smaller instead?

No. Lockers can only be upsized, never downsized. Your deposit PIN carries over to the larger locker.

No larger locker available?

Try another Pick! station nearby, or come back later once a larger locker becomes available.
